U.S. Shipping

The Sock Drawer ships all of our fun socks from our headquarters in sunny California on Monday through Friday via USPS and FedEx. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed and shipped out Monday.

All U.S. orders over $45 qualify for free USPS First Class shipping. We offer the following options:

FedEx 2-Day determined at checkout 2 business days
FedEx Overnight determined at checkout 1 business day 


All USPS Priority, FedEx 2-Day and FedEx Overnight orders placed before 12 p.m. (noon) PST will go out the same day (Monday through Friday). USPS First Class orders will be shipped within 72 hours of order placement.

Once we ship your socks, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

When entering your shipping address, please ensure you double-check all address fields for accuracy. The Sock Drawer is not responsible for any additional costs associated with re-shipping an order. If your package is returned to us due to an address error, you will have two options: You can pay additional shipping fees to have the package sent to the correct address OR we can cancel the order and refund you for the value of the socks, but not the original shipping costs.

Please note, all above delivery times are based on USPS and FedEx estimates of delivery and cannot be guaranteed by The Sock Drawer.  We do not ship on Federal Holidays, your order will go out the next available business day.


International Shipping

The Sock Drawer will happily ship your socks to most areas of the globe! Our international options are as follows:

*USPS International Services are only available in the following countries: Australia, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, & United Kingdom.

Please be aware when ordering internationally, shipping times and customs processing can vary greatly. The Sock Drawer is not responsible for any additional charges, taxes or time incurred by customs. We also cannot guarantee tracking outside of the United States when using USPS. Additional information regarding customs can be found by contacting your local postal service.


Returns

Your new fun socks should make you happy! If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will do what we can to make it better. Socks may be returned within 30 days of the date your order shipped from us as long as they are in their original condition.

This means:

  • Socks may not be worn or washed
  • The packaging cannot be altered

Note: Due to their intimate nature, all tights and leggings are nonrefundable.

We offer free return shipping on orders within the United States over $45. Email us for a return label at hello@sockdrawer.com.

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of package receipt.


Exchanges

We understand how difficult it can be to choose from our colossal collection of funky socks! If you change your mind after your order has shipped, we’ve got you covered.

We are happy to exchange your order within 30 days of the date your order shipped from The Sock Drawer, as long as the socks are still in their original condition and packaging. As soon as your order arrives at your location, contact us to let us know which socks you would like to exchange, and we will direct you further. If your original order was more than $45 (U.S. only), we will send you a shipping label to mail the socks back to us that you want to exchange.

Once we receive your exchange socks, we will grant you a gift certificate for the value of the socks. As always, contact us at hello@sockdrawer.com if you have questions.
