Do you offer socks in larger sizes?
Yes! We like to carry something for everyone! If you seek larger men’s socks, check out our XL collection. Women seeking larger sizes can choose to peruse the men’s socks or check out our collection of wide calf knee high socks.

Do your socks require special care?
Our wild and crazy socks are made by lots of different brands that have their own care recommendations. In general, we suggest you always wash your novelty socks inside out to preserve their quality and color for as long as possible.
The Sock Drawer partners with manufacturers and brands from around the world, including right here in the United States. Check out our “Made in the USA” collections for men and women for great socks made in our own backyard.
What are “seamless toe” socks?
In the sock world, different brands use the term “seamless toe” to describe socks that are designed to not irritate the toes with an obtrusive seam. Many of these socks do still have a very minimal, flat seam at the toe, but it is woven in such a way that it does not rub against sensitive areas. Because we sell socks from lots of different brands, we sort only those that we believe have the most minimal seam into our seamless toe collection. If you have a particular sensitivity to seams, we understand and we are happy to make recommendations about precisely which styles will work best for you. What type of payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Unfortunately, we no longer accept homemade baked goods.
Can I order custom socks?
Not at this time. However, feel free to reach out to us by email or phone, and we’re happy to work with you to find a style that you or your group will love!
Do you offer socks at wholesale?
No, we do not. If we eventually decide to take the plunge, you will be the first to know!
Do you offer bulk discounts?
We love to work with teams and groups who are in need of a lot of fun socks! Give us a call or email us so we can learn more about your situation and find the right socks for you!
How can I check my order status?
After placing your order (yay!), you will immediately get an email with an order confirmation number. If you are as impatient as we are, you can feel free to use this number to check the status of your order at any time here on our website. Also, keep your eyes peeled for a shipping confirmation email.
How do I cancel my order?
If you simply must cancel, although we can’t imagine why, we recommend emailing us at as soon as possible. If your socks have not shipped, we can stop the process and refund your money. If your socks have already shipped, just send them right back to us so another sock lover can enjoy them. If your order was over $45, free shipping and returns are on us. If your order was under $45 dollars, you will be reimbursed for the socks only.

I haven’t seen any confirmation emails. Why I am not receiving emails?
Do not panic. We repeat, do not panic. First, check your spam folder. For some reason our emails sometimes end up there, but fear not.
If our confirmation emails aren’t in your spam folder, we recommend logging in to your customer account here on our website to look up your order. If you are unable to do so, an error may have occurred when inputting your email address. Email us to get that cleared right up.

What are customs?
Think of customs and VAT (Value Added Tax) as your country’s way of taxing you for buying goods abroad. Each country calculates these fees and processes these orders differently. We recommend calling your local postal service to inquire about added customs fees and additional time added to your delivery date.

How do I apply a discount to my order?
Almost all of our promotions use a discount code that you must enter when you check out. You’ll find these codes on our website or in the email you got advertising the sale. When you are entering your information in your shopping cart at checkout, look for a field that says “Gift card or discount code” and enter your special code. Click the APPLY button, and your discount will show up! Piece of cake.
What if a sale has ended? Can I still get a discount?
We are so sorry you missed out! But don’t worry too much — another sale will come around the bend before you know it. Because we are based in California, USA, our promotions end at midnight Pacific Time unless otherwise stated. We always make sure to be clear about when sales end in all of our email and website advertisements, so be sure to pay close attention. We encourage all of our shoppers to sign up for our newsletter so you know the minute our sales kick off! You can also use our awesome wishlist feature on our website to save the socks you’re interested in for the next sale.
Can I use multiple coupon codes at once?
No, you can only use one discount at a time. If you have multiple discount codes, you can choose which one you want to go with. If you’re a newsletter subscriber, you may see a different discount code in your email than on the website for the same sale. You can use either code during checkout to apply a discount to your order.
Note: If you have a gift card, you can use that at the same time as a discount code. These are both entered in the same field during checkout. Just enter one code, then the other.
My order was over $45, then my discount code brought it below. Can I still get free shipping?
No, your total must be over $45 after all codes are applied. We are happy to provide our domestic free shipping offer for orders over $45 year-round, whether we have a promotion going on or not. If you are close to the $45 threshold, we suggest you check out our sale section for a discounted sock style that will put you over $45 to knock off your shipping fee.
You sold out of the socks in the sale ad. Can I still have the discount when they come back in stock?
Unfortunately, no. Our sales and promotions are popular, so we do occasionally sell out of certain styles. This is why we encourage shoppers to look out for our emails and make their purchases quickly when a sale begins. If the style you want has sold out, you can click the EMAIL ME WHEN AVAILABLE button to find out when it is back in stock.
What is your return policy?
We want to see you jumping with joy over your new crazy socks! If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please let us know what we can do to make it better. Socks can be returned within 30 days of when your order shipped, as long as they are in their original packing and condition. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of package receipt. We offer free return shipping for orders in the United States over $45.
“Original condition” means:
- Socks may not be worn, tried on or washed
- The packaging cannot be altered

What if I want to exchange a pair?
No problem! If you’d like to trade in a pair of socks for a different pair, just go ahead and order the new socks. Then return the original pair using the process listed above. We’ll process your refund as soon as we receive the socks.
Do you offer gift cards?
You’re in luck! Socks make an excellent gift, and people love picking their own pairs! Our gift cards come in different amounts and include no additional fees. They arrive in your email after you purchase them online.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! Send an order to a friend, family member or loved one, and we’ll wrap it up with special tissue, a fun bow and a handwritten note! Gift wrapping costs $4.95. Simply choose this option when you check out.

Can I include a gift message?
Yes, of course! We offer complimentary handwritten notes on all orders. When you check out from your cart, you will find a designated field to write a gift message. We are limited on space, so please keep your note under 150 characters.
